How we produce

The production of hoses

A supporting circular woven fabric is the base of each firefighting hose, produced on circular looms from high-strength synthetic yarn.

A seamless woven cavity is created during weaving and forms the basis of the hose construction.

The fabric is then technologically modified according to the demands on the concrete type of hose.

The hose – the fabric can be provided with a hermetic inner liner or layered on both sides with rubber extruded through the fabric.

Production line

Division by construction

PYROTEX – the hose with high-strength polyester fabric and inner rubber or polyurethane liner.
Diameters: from 19 to 152 mm, lengths: up to 40 m (custom production max. 60 m).
DUPLEX – the hose with a double interwoven outer high-strength polyester fabric and an inner EPDM rubber liner.
Diameters: from 25 to 75 mm, lengths: up to 40 m (custom production max. 60 m).
TECHMATEX – the hose with high-strength fabric from synthetic yarns, layered on both sides with high-quality rubber on the base of NBR-PVC.
Diameters: from 19 to 127 mm, lengths: up to 40 m (custom production max. 60 m).
