   In accordance with Section 7 of Act No. 99/2019 Coll. and Article 1(4) of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, the accessibility requirements do not apply to the following types of content:

   1. Live broadcasts of audiovisual content (streams)
   2. Maps and online cartographic services (except for essential navigation information)
   3. Documents published before 23 September 2018 that are not updated
   4. Third-party content not created, funded, or controlled by the website operator (e.g. social media embeds)
   5. Intranet and extranet systems published before 23 September 2019, if not substantially revised
   6. Documents created by scanning (e.g. historical archives)
